A line of aluminum conveyor wheels by Frantz Manufacturing is offered in an entry-level price point model and in a more durable version for applications requiring enhanced impact resistance and heavier load ratings.
The wheels reduce system weight and provide corrosion resistance. Both wheels use the same internal components: steel balls and raceways that are heat treated and hardened to meet strict automotive quality standards.
To keep dirt and dust out of the wheel ball components, a labyrinth shield ensures long product life. Options such as polyurethane tires, special lubrication oils for cold temperature applications and wheels with no lubrication may also be specified.
