To prevent vertical reciprocating conveyor lift operation by untrained or unauthorized personnel, the LiftLok safety system is offered in two styles: basic key switch or 10-key push-button digital keypad.

Either style can be added to any of the supplier’s mechanical or hydraulically operated VRCs.

Two keys are provided with the basic system; the digital system supports the entry of one of 500 unique four-digit passcodes or swipe of a pre-programmed proximity credentials key fob tag to enable lift operation.
