Building and portfolio energy information system.

Building and portfolio energy information system.

Kaizen Energy is an energy information system platform with portfolio-level and building-level energy management capabilities that include support for multiple metering options, energy modeling, flexible organizational perspectives and comprehensive reporting.

Interactive views allow users to access detailed information through an intuitive graphical interface. The system can be used as a stand-alone tool, or in conjunction with the supplier’s existing Kaizen Fault Detection and Diagnostics tool for accurate measurement, tracking and improvement of energy consumption.

For multiple buildings, the portfolio-level features help sustainability management personnel identify buildings with the highest potential for improvement, while buildinglevel features help energy and facility management formulate plans to improve their real estate asset performances.
