Applications

One of the keys to performing optimal maintenance is knowing when to perform it. The IoTMeter is designed to monitor any powered equipment runtime hours remotely, received alerts when service needed. It’s a simple, reliable and cost effective monitoring solution for any mobile and stationary equipment such as ground support equipment, construction equipment, forklifts, golf carts, overhead crane, machinery, engines, pumps, compressors, generators, and more…

Remote Hour Meter/Usage Tracking

Countless companies are faced with the real time and often costly predicament of logging run time for industrial vehicles and powered equipment to record cumulative usage to assure proper on scheduled maintenance. Just think of the costs of having to make visits to take the timer reading in order to update equipment files to be advised when a next service is due and the lost revenue if a piece of equipment breaks down because the required routine maintenance was not done on time.

With the Linortek IoTMeter, you can connect your equipment to a network and collect the equipment run time data in real time, you can monitor the data remotely from your web browser or our Hour Collector desk App. The system includes two separate hour meters with independent triggers, collects sensor data and send email alerts for preventative maintenance all without monthly fees.

Linortek IoTMeter is a self-contained network enabled custom developed device that can be used on most industrial vehicles, ground support equipment and other powered equipment to monitor cumulative usage hours, temperature, voltage and more. This ensures proper maintenance while eliminating the need to physically visit the equipment to collect data. It’s a simple, reliable and affordable solution for industrial, manufacturing, airport, golf course and equipment rental company to collect run time data.

Central Data Monitoring Desk App

The IoTMeter is built on Linortek’s existing TCP/IP web-based product platform, with analog and digital inputs, relay outputs and a specially designed software that functions as an hour meter. The IoTMeter can be triggered by the analog and digital inputs, relay outputs, or just simply power the meter.

With Linortek IoTMeter, whether you are maintaining one piece of equipment or multiple pieces, you can now monitor all equipment run time data from our HourMeter Collector program on a PC. The HourMeter Collector program is special designed App that can be used to monitor multiple devices from one simple interface without the needs of logging in to the devices. It will collect the hour runtime every 2 minutes automatically by default. When you run the HourMeter Collector for the first time, it will generate a CSV_FILE folder with your Hour Meter Logs details, which you can use to import to your own management system.
