Created for the manufacturer’s HexaFil void fill, the AutoFil fully automatic dispensing solution uses a bladeless cutting technique that enables it to quickly dispense sustainable void fill material into corrugated shippers.
The system can dispense up to three times faster than other methods in the past, and it provides speeds of up to 15 packs per minute. Featuring a programmable screen, the solution may be operated electrically with a foot pedal. Aside from this screen, the solution offers various programmable functions, including continuous or cut-to-length settings.
Requiring no cutting blades or other dangerous components, the solution consistently dispenses HexaFil in preset lengths. Standing 6.5 feet tall, it can fit over packaging conveyor systems, and its height can be adjusted.
