Created for the European market, the all-plastic HDB1012 GitterPak™ reusable container by Orbis is manufactured to European dimensions of 1,000 x 1,200 millimeters (39.3 x 47.2 inches) in four different heights, and holds up to 900 kilograms (1,984 pounds).
Heavy duty, the container replaces metal bins. It collapses and stacks securely when empty in return trips for higher return ratios than non-collapsible containers.
Ideal for protecting and transporting automotive and industrial parts globally, the container is structural-foam molded of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and recyclable at the end of its service life. Customizable configurations include zero, one or two large access doors and full- or three-stringer bottoms.
