The Rack-to-Person and Tote-to-Person robots can increase order fulfillment efficiency, while handling various inventory profiles and SKU portfolios. By combining the RTP and TTP robots with the t-Sort sortation system, the software enables users to pick more than 700 units an hour.
Users can then place items directly onto T-Sort bots, reducing walking time. The software directs sortation bots to place ordered items into open order totes. Once orders are complete, users receive a signal to retrieve each completed order tote as it advances to the next step of the process.
