The GenStar Eliminator 1.9-inch ABEC-1 precision bearing assembly with IronGrip adapter is offered for use with axle-free conveyor rollers. By eliminating a thru axle at longer lengths, the bearing’s construction enables the tube to deflect without the same axle deflection on the ball races.
The IronGrip steel adapter provides flexibility for various crimping pressures at the tube while isolating the ABEC-1 precision core bearing during the crimping process. Inside the bore is a direct injection molded bushing made of nylon static discharge material. Both the steel adapter and the nylon direct injected bushing provide concentricity and extended bearing life.
The dual sealed core bearing is packed with Chevron SRI grease to accommodate a wide operating temperature range. The tube and mated bearing assembly carry the weight of products with reduced total roller deflection. Rollers can carry 270-pound loads and can span lengths up to 72 inches.
