Fives Intralogistics: GENI-Flex Non-Compatibles Sorter

Occupying a small footprint, the GENI-Flex non-compatibles sorter automatically sorts items that are too large, too heavy or oddly shaped to fit on conventional sorters.

It can be used with hard-to-handle items up to 8 feet long and weighing 150 pounds—such as buckets, tires, rolls of carpet, boxes and spools of wire. Ideal for handling items with dimensions and weight that make them incompatible with traditional automated sorting equipment, the machine eliminates the need for manual handling.

It can be specified in uni- and bi-directional options, moving parallel or perpendicular to the main flow.
