Mallard Manufacturing: Four Different Pallet Flow Speed Controllers

A newly expanded line of four different pallet flow speed controllers accommodates a range of capacities, environments, products and pitches.

The devices control the speed of advancing pallets from the load end to ensure they descend safely and efficiently to the pick face. Additionally, they provide better tracking for the pallet in the flow lane. Engineered to operate similarly to automobile shoe brakes, internal gears force the brake pads against the inner surface of the brake hub as the pallet picks up speed while advancing, slowing it down.

The controllers can be used with a variety of load weights, from lightweight containers to 3,000-pound pallets.
