The load that is placed on the caster is distributed over a greater surface area, permitting the caster to absorb more force without failure. Models handle load capacities from 350 to 1,500 pounds.
Features include a 0.25-inch steel top plate; 0.25-inch steel horn side members welded on both sides; precision machined raceways with 0.375-inch ball bearings; and four milled slots for optional direction lock models. Choices include roller or precision wheel bearings, eight standard wheel sizes and two standard brakes.
