Frazier Industrial: Ergo-Label Beam

Created as a blended, engineered hybrid of Frazier Industrial’s Ergo Beam and Label Beam rack components, the Ergo-Label Beam provides comfortable, ergonomic order selection with bar code label protection.

Made from 4-inch structural steel channel with a 0.125-inch recessed web for optimal durability, the beams reduce product damage and worker injuries while boosting productivity. They support a standard 48 x 40-inch GMA pallet with loads up to 2,500 pounds.

The system features a front beam split into two separate curved beams to create an opening for orderpickers to access hard-to-reach rear cartons between pallet locations in the bay. With a two-year warranty against forklift damage, the beams are adjustable on 2-inch centers and come in two lengths: 96 inches with a 16-inch ergo opening or 102 inches with a 22-inch ergo opening.
