A custom saddle cart helps handle parts that do not conform to a standard shape (such as cube, square or round). Ideal for transporting a variety of irregular and contoured parts—including flexible rubber and sheet goods, wire harnesses, weather stripping and more—the cart can be configured with two levels. The upper level secures the tops of the parts while the lower holds the bottoms; because their surfaces are wide, items can be spread out to avoid tangling and to improve picking efficiency. Each shelf features a 0.25-inch black corrugated surface bent to create a curve supported with anti-static pipe, joints and angle bracing for additional strength and rigidity.
