Cantilever rack system

Unarco’s line of cantilevered rack systems manages loads of varying length and proportion.

Completely accessible from the front without the horizontal restrictions of traditional pallet rack, the entire length of the cantilever rack may be used for storage. Loads of differing lengths can be stored on the same rack and at the same level. Ideal for long or heavy items such as pipes, tubing or lumber, the rack consists of a welded one-piece column and cantilever base for easy assembly. Tapered arms lock into the column in the down position before the entire system is lifted up into place for installation.

The freestanding columns are pre-punched on both sides for either single-sided or double-sided use. To secure the rack, a key-wedge pin connector (adjustable in 3-inch increments) is used, providing the strength equivalent of five 5/8-inch bolts.
