Variety of modules customize belt tray sorter

Variety of modules customize belt tray sorter The BS 7 belt tray sorter is a sustainable, high-speed unit sorting system engineered for applications including apparel, footwear, pharmaceuticals, auto parts, e-commerce and department store products. To better accommodate unique handling needs, the system can be equipped with a variety of modules and functions including a manual input station, and a camera system that reads bar codes on products when they are loaded. If the camera cannot recognize the bar code, the product is not inducted. To improve accuracy, a correcting frame detects the position of the product on the belt tray. Should an item stray too far to the left or right on the belt, the device pushes it back to the middle, ensuring secure and reliable processing.
