Upgrade your material sorting process with the fast and quiet AS-35 Shoe Sorter – Get faster and more accurate results now!

Due to its enhancements, the AS-35 shoe sorter is easier to maintain than previous versions. Faster and quieter, the highly durable sorter can sort materials at up to 750 feet per minute.

Featuring an advanced control system that offers highly accurate carton tracking and minimal carton gaps, the sorter provides minimum divert shoe allocation, leading to high throughput rates. Offering precise control of each individual shoe, the sorter enables shoes to be diverted appropriately—even as the sorter accelerates and decelerates.

Since the sorter uses slat tracking, rather than encoder tracking, tracking is not affected by chain stretch and the sorter itself never has to be calibrated. Each of its divert stations and controls are pre-installed and pre-wired.
