Automated lift truck learns up to 25 miles of routes

The versatile 3030 stacker automated lift truck combines advanced vision technology with lift truck proficiency to automate end-of-line and pick-up/ drop-off activities.

In addition to a vertical height of 72 inches, the vehicle can learn up to 25 miles of routes that can be programmed and reprogrammed for immediate redeployment.

Ideal for handling and transporting goods between connected manufacturing and warehouse facilities, the truck helps decrease downtime when products are not moving, while its reverse motion and auto-engagement functions optimize workflow and increase productivity.

Company Description:

The Raymond Courier 3030 can seamlessly automate tasks in numerous environments, including warehousing, distribution and manufacturing operations, ultimately improving workflows. The truck’s 72-inch reach capability and 2,500-pound capacity make it ideal for pickup/drop-off, end-of-aisle and end-of-line applications, as well as conveyor picking.

The Courier 3030 offers a cost-effective solution for today’s labor shortages by efficiently and reliably performing a variety of repetitive tasks, allowing operators to learn additional skill sets. The Courier 3030 utilizes Seegrid vision-guided technology to capture a 360-degree view of surrounding locations, giving the truck the ability to map locations. Additionally, the vision-guided technology automatically controls the truck’s behavior if someone or something blocks its path.

With the integration of Raymond’s iWAREHOUSE® fleet management and warehouse optimization system, the Courier 3030 provides data-driven insights into a facility’s operations by gathering information from all vehicles in a fleet, regardless of truck function or brand. Autogenerated reports include short- and long-term impact data, vehicle and operator utilization reports, and battery and maintenance information from an entire industrial fleet.

The Raymond Courier 3030 Automated Stacker, which utilizes Seegrid vision-guided technology, is an automated lift truck stacker that combines horizontal transport and vertical pallet lift. The three most important features of the Courier 3030 are:

  1. Addresses labor shortages by efficiently and reliably performing a variety of repetitive tasks, allowing operators to learn additional skill sets
  2. Helps lower total cost of ownership by allowing one operator to simultaneously manage multiple trucks
  3. Optimizes workflow and increases productivity with its reverse-motion and auto-engagement functions, helping warehouses work better and more efficiently
