Xplore Technologies: vPro XSLATE R12 rugged tablet

Offered in two new Intel 7th generation Kaby Lake CPU configurations from Xplore Technologies Corp. , the new Celeron and Core i7 vPro XSLATE R12 rugged tablet models serve as laptop and desktop replacements.

The tablet is outfitted with a magnetically attached companion keyboard that can stow and recharge while docked or while on the go, as well as touch and pen data input tools.

For durability, the screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The device can be custom-configured with different connectivity options—including bar code scanner and HF RFID reader, an RJ45 + True Serial Port dongle, and pass-through antenna capabilities for WWAN, WLAN, and GPS in the tablet and its secure mobile dock—to ensure workers maintain data accessibility from any location.
