The new Unibilt inverted three-rail (ITR) monorail conveyor by Jervis B. Webb features three rails to significantly improve stability when navigating horizontal turns and vertical curves.
On vertical curves, the unit’s movement is similar to an escalator tread, ensuring that the load remains level. The three-point, wide stance provides a stable platform to support large, tall loads and enables the monorail to easily negotiate horizontal turns and vertical curves.
Capable of transporting loads up to 1,000 pounds, the cost-effective system is ideal for paint finishing and assembly applications, as well as in operations that require stable movement of materials in an inverted configuration.
