The TC600 Claw four-way pressure sensitive layer-picking device by Tygard Machine & Manufacturing attaches to any brand of lift truck to build or split pallet loads.
The flexible front mount model attaches in less than two minutes, without tools, to an appropriately configured forklift. It quickly splits full pallet loads and adds or removes layers to pallets to maximize pallet rack and warehouse cube utilization. For efficient layer picking and building of mixed pallet loads, the side mount model features a counterbalanced side shifter that permits 8 inches of side travel for off center approaches.
To compensate for uneven floors, it incorporates a swivel adapter box, while its patented arching arm enables the clamp to lift various rectangular or square loads.
