Accord singulator transforms bulk package flow

Cinetic Sorting’s Accord singulator transforms bulk package flow, including stacked items, into a single, sortable stream by buffering and metering packages.

With no manual intervention, the system handles an array of flats, polybags, softpacks and cartons at rates of 100-plus items per minute. This high singulation rate makes the system ideal for order fulfillment, returns processing and crossdocking sorter systems.

An incline unstacker pulls bulk packages up a high-friction belt, unstacks them and sends them to the centering singulation conveyor. Side-by-sides are diverted to the recirculating conveyor. An aligner justifies packages for downstream scanning while feedback metering conveyors space packages accordingly.
