Using a triple lip contact seal and an integrated flinger, each Sealmaster Stainless Steel (SS) Gold bearing can be used for multi-directional sealing, reducing contamination ingress and helping retain lubricants. Comprised of 316 passivated stainless steel, leading to high corrosion resistance, the bearings have been especially designed for use in corrosive and washdown environments, including pharmaceutical.
Featuring FKM seal lip material that is chemical resistant and able to withstand high temperatures, the bearings are IP69K certified. Consequently, they have dust-tight constructions that can withstand high pressures and steam cleaning.
Offering 440C stainless steel inner and outer rings that provide high load capacity, the bearings have machined solid bases that diminish entrapment points, along with a smooth casting, resulting in easy-to-clean surfaces.
