A new wireless pendant with remote route programming and diagnostics is now offered for the supplier’s TV series of automatic guided vehicles. The wireless pendant can interface to a tablet computer to give users complete programming capability, remote access to diagnostics and reports, and the ability to drive the AGVs without standing next to the vehicles. Following flexible magnetic tape guided paths, the AGVs’ pickup and delivery routines can be quickly set up and changed from the Android-based pendant from any connected tablet.
