The Rapido picking tool enhance the productivity of pickers in a person to goods picking process and can be integrated into any existing warehousing operations thereby increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the order picking process exponentially.
The unit is powered by a bus bar / Cable based PTL. The display is a 4-digit red color lights display with a display digit size of .56 inches with leg signaling that is multicolored. The processor is a RISC based controlling unit that has a maximum power output of 960 mW with HBM protection of +/-16kV. The Bus Pin Fall protection ins =/-70.
How Rapido Works
- scanning of an order crate’s barcode sends an electronic signal igniting respective Rapido in the zone
- Rapido’s LED displays the number of items to be picked from that location
- The pick is acknowledged by putting off the confirmation button
