With no conventional pick-to-light pick zones, associates work along the entire length of a pick line or loop in a pre-determined direction without zone boundaries. The system assigns the most optimal order to be filled based on a variety of factors, including order priority and demand, associate’s position, proximity to other associates, walk path and more.
