Dematic: Narrow Belt Sorter

Modular and scalable, the Narrow Belt Sorter for low- and mid-rate sorting and diverting applications provides 90-degree perpendicular transfers and 30-degree diverts to the left or right.

Offered in 2, 4, 6 or 10 carrier belt configurations, it accommodates cartons, tote boxes and trays of various sizes at rates from 30 to 115 cartons per minute.

Built on the supplier’s Modular Conveyor System (MCS) architecture, the sorter uses the standard family of components—including universal side channel frame, transfer assemblies, motorized rollers, electronic sensing and controls. It can be easily reconfigured or scaled to meet future growth, as common parts and components are used throughout.
