An enhanced, user-friendly interface has been released for Multi-POD manufacturing software by Factivity to support factory operators working on multiple jobs, or with multiple parts, at the same time.
Ideal for conducting paperless operations on the supplier’s floor screens, the system allows an operator to interact with an intuitive touch button user interface. Different jobs running on different machines can be updated simultaneously, saving time and increasing productivity.
The new functionality is particularly useful for factories with automation; once the operator starts the machines, they continue to run non-stop until all prepped raw material is consumed.
