Self-contained front-back labeling system Capable of applying labels to one or two sides of a product simultaneously, the Model 114 front-back labeling system is ideal for applying pressure-sensitive labels on straight-wall containers. The machine has label placement accuracy of ±0.03 inch. The self-contained unit features one or two label applicators mounted on a sturdy, fully adjustable base, and applies labels measuring up to 6 x 12 inches to a variety of product sizes. Products are delivered to the applicator on a 7.75 x 45-inch conveyor that permits item transfers at the entry and discharge ends. To ensure the item does not shift, a top hold-down belt secures it immediately before the label is applied. When configured with a second applicator, the system can label two sides of a product at the same time at speeds up to 25 products per minute.
