AGVs for deep lane pallet staging

Fork AGVS for deep lane pallet staging Offered in two configurations to support deep lane pallet staging, a line of fork-equipped automatic guided vehicles supports high-density applications with real-time control. One vehicle—ideal for low volume and smaller storage capacity applications with temporary pallet staging needs—is engineered for floor-based storage. It can automatically stage pallet loads arranged in lanes, multiple pallets deep and stacked up to 24 feet high. The other model interfaces with rack, making it ideal for medium throughput applications with non-stackable pallets, and for applications with a low number of SKUs. Equipped with a satellite transfer device that indexes each pallet in the rack, this unit transports loads, depositing one in the first rack position, then deploying the satellite transfer device to lift, transport and position the next pallet.
