Buckhorn Company Profile

IBC now features drop door and bottom discharge configurations.

IBC now features drop door and bottom discharge configurations.

The 48 x 40-inch footprint Intrepid intermediate bulk container (IBC) by Buckhorn is now offered with sidewall drop door and bottom discharge configurations.

The bottom discharge simplifies liquid applications, while the drop door provides better access to contents and improves ergonomics when installing a disposable liner. Constructed of FDA-approved material, the reusable and recyclable container features a smooth interior and exterior for easy cleaning.

Ideal for temporary storage, work-in-process, incoming ingredients, shipments between plants and to customers, the container’s heavy-duty construction holds up to 2,500 pounds. When not in use, nonsequential folding sidewall panels collapse in seconds and stack for a 3.3:1 return ratio (up to 240 containers fit in a 53-foot trailer).
