Constructed with a 0.75-inch furniture grade plywood top surface with rounded, extruded aluminum corners, the pallet has a three-runner, white lumber base with a 1.5-inch C-channel aluminum on both ends of each runner to protect against forklift impacts.
Measuring 40 x 48 x 5 inches, each pallet carries a 4,000-pound dynamic load or a 20,000-pound static load. Stackable and nestable, the pallet uses galvanized screws for easy replacement of damaged parts, and a top surface free of welds or fasteners to eliminate product damage.
