Highly Customizable Pipe and Joint Flow Rack

Constructed to withstand the rigors of an industrial environment and hold heavy parts, a heavy-duty flow rack is built of 1.65-inch pipe and joint, and incorporates heavy-duty skatewheel conveyor.

The fully assembled and ready-to-use racks nest inside pallet racks to create high-density flow at floor level while retaining the upper levels of the pallet racks for bulk storage.

Features include eight leveling feet, a 2,000-pound load capacity, and low-friction skatewheels that permit shallow flow lane angles suitable for plastic returnable totes and cardboard boxes.

Angled for repeatable container flow and presentation, the gravity-fed system allows for first-in, first-out feed, while lane dividers keep boxes or totes secure in their respective lanes.
