Datalogic Company Profile

Omni-directional, cordless reading of 1D, 2D bar codes

Datalogic's Gryphon GM4400 reader is an area imager that provides omni-directional reading of 1D and 2D bar codes, regardless of label orientation. Featuring a highly visible four-dot aimer that works with the supplier’s Green Spot technology, the device offers error-free reads. Integrated motion-sensing technology enables the cordless device to switch from stand to handheld mode instantly, eliminating downtime. To reduce eye strain, the imager projects non-flickering deep red illumination, making it ideal for noisy and poorly illuminated environments. Scalable from point-to-point applications to point-to-multipoint installations, up to 16 readers can be connected to the same base station. The reader completes 60,000 scans per charge and stores more than 1,200 linear codes in batch mode use.
