Manufactured to specific lengths, a line of gravity conveyor fits in any location, eliminating the need to saw cut sections. The conveyors are constructed of all steel, galvanized rollers and side channels for increased durability; alternately they can be made of aluminum for easier portability.
End options include square cut for permanent installations, notched for dropping onto beams, and coped for temporary hook-and-bar layouts.
For product transport, multiple movement styles are offered, including:
- full width rollers with ball bearings for maximum carton support
- staggered steel or aluminum skatewheels in a variety of patterns
- wheel rail with inline or staggered single or double wheels to flow well-defined materials and irregular loads
- multi-directional ball transfers for precise positioning and tight turns
- in addition to straight sections, 45- and 90-degree curves are also offered
