Dematic: FlexVNA Automatic Guided Vehicles

The FlexVNA automatic guided vehicle automatically stores and retrieves pallets in conventional pallet rack and pallet flow rack, including with¬in applications normally supported by very narrow aisle, operator-up, and swing-reach fork trucks. Space-efficient, the vehicle provides high-density pallet storage in a controlled and secure environment.

It moves between storage aisles and is configured with a rotating fork load handling device that allows access to pallets on both sides of an aisle. The load handling device also accommodates low first tier load storage heights to further increase storage density.

For optimization of task assignments and for inventory storage location management, the system is directed by the supplier’s iQ software.
