United Pallet Services: CP line of pallets

Offered as a complete solution, the CP line of four pallets by United Pallet Services—including stringer and block styles—features a wooden 48 x 40-inch pallet pre-equipped with the pointGUARD pallet protector already installed.

The protector is a one-piece, recycled plastic shield that deflects forklift impacts to prevent pallet damage. Ideal for closed loop or captive pallet environments, the device prevents product damage as well.

Tested by the Center for Packaging and Unit Load Design at Virginia Tech University, pallets equipped with the device outlasted those that were unprotected by five times (unprotected pallets lasted 11.3 cycles before failure, versus protected pallets that lasted 58.9 cycles).
