Buckhorn’s new BN3230 industry standard bulk box is the latest development in a broad product line. Available with or without drop-doors in 25- and 34-inch heights, these containers with a 32 x 30-inch footprint are ideal for the manufacturing and automotive industries. The BN3230 provides cost-conscious users with a high performance solution and the best value for their money. The 100% recyclable box offers an 1,800-pound capacity and features non-sequential folding. Drop-down doors do not block fork tunnels when in the open position. In addition, replaceable runners snap into place. The containers have a reduced collapse height for a better return ratio of 2.6:1 (480 collapsed containers fit into a 53-foot trailer. Additional features include: recessed ID tag areas on all four sides of the base; flat decoration areas on the panels and doors for labels, cardholders or RFID tracking; and direct application of decorations to the container saves time and money. The low-maintenance containers are easy to repair, with no special tools or fasteners required.
