Creform Corporation Company Profile

AGV reloads automotive production trays

Ideal for 24/7 production facilities, an automatic guided vehicle system moves stacks of 30 x 20-inch empty trays from the end of the production line back to the starting position safely and without damage. The vehicle independently follows an easily installed peel-and-stick guidepath to ensure accurate and repeatable tracking. Capable of handling capacities up to 500 pounds, the AGV includes a powered chain transfer conveyor with side guides to move loads on and off. Photocells/sensors placed along the transfer conveyor facilitate slow down and stop functions, as well as verify load security during travel (detection of improper load shift stops the AGV). Built with a heavy-duty fabricated steel base for strength and rigidity, the vehicle travels at a maximum speed of 164 feet per minute. Creform, 800-839-8823, creform.com.
