The all-mechanical Vassoyo tray former by Eagle Packaging Machinery is easy to operate and maintain. Capable of running a variety of trays including standard end slot, side slot and clam shell (with or without a lid), the system runs at rates up to 40 trays per minute.
Features include a built-in size changeover system that adapts from one size to another in minutes. An optional extended hopper with vacuum tray extraction technology enables non-stop production. Construction highlights range from a heavy-duty, welded steel frame and mechanical low maintenance drive to sealed ball bearings in the blank transfer section with self-cleaning tracks.
