Container Handling Systems Company Profile

Rugged servo-driven, low-level depalletizer accommodates a range of heights

Servo-driven, low-level depalletizer The Model 1000(AC)-60 low level depalletizer is a rugged, servo-driven system that provides flexibility by accommodating a range of layer heights. The system improves accuracy in layer incrementing with heavy loads (such as full height pallets of glass bottles) while boosting reliability by eliminating many of the positioning controls required with conventional systems. Capable of floor level depalletizing without operator platforms and container lowerators, the system features a four-point pallet lifting platform, servo-driven main elevator, wide way pallet handling, and speed frame doors that give maintenance personnel better access. To better accommodate leaning pallets, longer layer-transfer plates and double stroke chip board grippers are also included. For further machine customization, options include: perimeter guarding, right-angle pallet stackers, zoned chain or air chain pallet accumulation conveyors, servo-driven sweep drive and multiple PLC control choices.
