To produce consistently smooth corrugated surfaces, Champion Machinery offers a new manufacturing process that reduces the production temperature and pressure required, significantly cutting energy consumption.
The process also reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 25%. Because of the lower temperature and pressure, the resulting corrugated cardboard material is more resistant to surface warping and broken scoring lines caused by weather changes.
Each production line can produce more than 98 feet of material per minute.
