Orderpicker truck engineered specifically for furniture handling

Orderpicker truck engineered specifically for furniture handling The 5000 series furniture orderpicker, offered in both 24- and 36-volt AC powered versions, raises 1,000-pound loads to elevations of 366 inches high. To control the truck’s travel path within storage aisles, double rail guide rollers are attached to both sides of the vehicle at the front and back. Equipped with either 84- or 96-inch long forks, the vehicles can be outfitted with the supplier’s Intellispeed option for faster travel speeds at higher heights. This reduces travel time between picks and lets operators perform more picks per hour. For smooth load handling and reduced damage, the vehicles’ variable lifting and lowering speed control lets operators feather the lifting and lowering speed for exact platform placement, while spring suspension and mast staging system cushion both the load’s and the operator’s ride.
