PFlow’s 21 Series hydraulic vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC) is a cost-effective, low-maintenance solution for lifting goods and materials to a second level, balcony or a mezzanine and, is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
With its 2-post design, the 21 Series VRC can be configured as a straddle or a cantilever, based on your application. Both configurations feature a chain over sprocket design with a synchronized torsion bar, guaranteeing that regardless of load placement on the carriage, the carriage will remain level as it is lifted and lowered.

Velocity fuses prevent uncontrolled descent in the unlikely event of a hose rupture
Check valves hold the carriage in place in the event of power loss
Pressure switch prevents the carriage from drifting or sinking for a highly stable loading and unloading operation
Certified safety cams prevent carriage descent in the unlikely event of a chain failure
Optional quick-connect cabling for push-button stations and gate interlocks greatly reduces the field-wiring costs
Optional DeckLock Safety System provides added security at critical upper levels
Optional hot-dipped galvanized or epoxy finish for outdoor or wash-down environments
