The CubiScan 75 overhead dimensioning device by Quantronix quickly and accurately measures parcels in low- to high-volume shipping applications.
Cost-effective, the unit uses powerful 3D cameras with 0.2-inch resolution to determine accurate dimensions for outbound parcels (and other daily shipments) sized less than 40 x 28 x 24 inches. With no moving parts, the device is user-installable and easily maintained, while its overhead orientation allows packages to be placed from almost any direction.
The dimensioner seamlessly integrates with shipping software, a bar code scanner and label printer to create a complete shipping/manifesting workstation.
The Cubiscan 75 is an effective and affordable shipping station solution that quickly and accurately measures and weighs parcels to minimize daily shipping costs. The shipping version of the Cubiscan 75 is designed for shipping stations and other outbound applications. It also provides dimensional measurements of length, width, and height. The CS 75-C is NTEP certified in the United States.
The pass/fail system allows customers to set size parameters and produce a measurement output that indicates pass or fail.

The Cubiscan 75 is capable of measuring an object in a matter of seconds with an impressive 0.2” resolution. A 10” color display shows the measurement results for the user, and autocube technology (automatic object recognition) allows the parcel cubing system to immediately recognize when you’ve placed an item in the measurement area. Cubiscan’s proprietary software interface, Qbit™, will pass accurate parcel dimensions to almost any shipping system, a critical step in utilizing dimensional data to increase your warehouse automation.
