To secure heavy carts and loads and prevent them from rolling away, the CarryMore cart floor lock combines the mechanics of an ergonomic foot pedal (to manually lock and unlock it in place) with a super-grip polyurethane base pad. Featuring heavy-duty, zinc-plated steel construction, the device retracts 2 inches above the floor for clearance when carts are moving. A 0.625-inch, spring-assisted stroke keeps constant pressure on the floor when locked, accommodating different load weights on the cart. The lock can be mounted with four bolts to the supplier’s line of CarryMore daughter carts with 8-inch casters or on other carts with adequate floor clearance.
