This week, ABCO Systems (Booth B4811) is sharing further information about its recent acquisition of FastFetch Corporation (Booth C7297), an order fulfillment technologies provider.

Through this acquisition, ABCO Systems will increase its distribution and warehousing industry customer base, and it will offer more accurate, economical and timely technologies to more organizations.

As an example of the acquisition’s potential, FastFetch’s product offerings have previously increased e-commerce distribution facilities’ pick rates by up to five times. While offering cubing software, the company has reduced e-commerce DCs’ shipping expenditures. And they can choose the cartons most properly sized for their specific shipping needs.

“This acquisition aligns with our mission completely, as it enables us to offer our distribution and warehousing customers solutions that will help them address the various challenges they face every day,” said Seth Weisberg, CEO of ABCO Systems.

John (Jack) Peck, founder of FastFetch, agreed with Weisberg, adding that the acquisition will help FastFetch expand its product reach and positively impact the distribution and warehousing industry.

“We firmly believe that our innovative product line—and ABCO Systems’ industry presence—will lead to further growth and success,” Peck said. “This is an incredible opportunity.”
