An automated, robotic solution for packaging large kits uses 10 Fanuc robots, unique end-of-arm tools, and custom-designed de-nesting tools that separate products before presenting them to the robots.

The system provides increased accuracy, consistency and an improved customer experience.

Capable of processing up to 800 parts per hour, the system improves ergonomics for operators remaining on the line and also includes a case erector and automatic taper.
