A 70 x 41-inch kitting tugger cart, the Q-100-0650, has been developed to hang large tubes, along with other items that can be stored on shelves.
Equipped with a drop pin and a hitch tow bar for transportation within a tugger train system, the cart has a maximum loading capacity of 2,200 pounds. Equipped with fork pockets for transportation by forklift, the Q-100-0650 has a maximum shelf loading capacity of 200 pounds. Offering a tongue and hitch tow bar, the cart has nearly 5-inch polyurethane casters, along with two carts, at maximum, in a train.
Created for indoor use, the cart is modular, which enables it to be designed specifically for users’ materials, helping them improve safety standards and ergonomics, while enhancing internal efficiency.
