Autoquip: Modular VRC Design for SLAM Process

This area of the distribution center is highly active and is a critical last stop between packing and before outbound sortation in the order fulfillment process.

Our Modular VRC is designed to minimize the onsite installation time to complete a project. The mechanical cantilever freight lift is prefabricated in our plant and is delivered in (3) sections requiring no welding onsite. The lift is also equipped with a plug & play control system making it simple to connect and ready for start-up.

This new modular VRC design provides a durable and easy to use lift to transfer packing materials from mezzanine to SLAM areas. Autoquip offers a wide range of VRC designs that can be included in any distribution centers for many materials handling processes.
