Through the use of our proprietary control system, this high capacity system is able to achieve capacities on a single line that required multiple independent systems to offer comparable rates with alternative technologies.
In addition, this system offers the combination of high reliability and minimal maintenance requirements. The highly dynamic trolleys transport loads of up to 3,300 pounds at a maximum speed of 600 feet per minute and can accelerate at 3.3 feet per second squared.
The robust rail system was specifically developed to accommodate rapidly changing needs, and feature compact fast-acting switches-enabling complex conveyor layouts. A low-profile space saving configuration and low load per square foot make the electrified floor track system and ideal solution for existing buildings.
Capacities can be easily scales up by adding additional trolleys. Moreover, virtually all moving components can be conveniently inspected, serviced and repaired in dedicated off line maintenance zones. The solution’s modular design allows it to be tailored to a broad spectrum of requirements.
